Personal Concierge Program is designed to effectively prevent one of the industry's greatest issues, Insurer Steering, by offering a very unique phone application. The new app is not only an effective tool for eliminating insurer steering, it also strengthens a personal relationship between you and your customers.
The app is a valuable resource for any consumer. It will provide education and important information about their rights as a vehicle owner, policyholder, and claimant. It explains the repair and claims process, what to do (and not do) at the accident scene. The most important value is it instructs the customer to call your shop right at the scene of the accident, has a one-touch dialer that dials your shop for them.
